Our founder, Raymond Blaylock, has been part of the massage profession for over 35 years. 
As a practitioner, educator and business owner he has spent the last twenty years exploring the possibilities presented by the massage chair. Raymond has worked with every major manufacturer in the research and development of massage chairs. We have been developing the applications of Seated Massage in other industries such as spending almost ten years with the AVEDA Corporation taking Seated Massage into the Salon and Spa industry. Raymond’s initial work with the massage chair was during his time working as part of a physical therapy rehabilitation team in Monterey, California.
In 1990, we introduced the Seated Massage Experience Certification Program. In 2000, the Integrative Health Care Practitioner Program brought together all of the applications for the use of a massage chair, from stress relief tool to clinical and rehabilitation applications, to Salon and Spa venues.
In order to stay on top of the development and growth of Seated Massage in the world, we feel it is necessary to be out there “ in the trenches” doing the work, by having a working “laboratory” to find out what works and what does not. We do not just make something up and then go out and teach it. We know first hand what the essential components are to giving (and receiving) a professional, therapeutic, safe, wonderful, Seated Massage. We have one of the first Event Services businesses in the North America. For 20 years we have provided Seated Massage and other health enrichment services for conventions, trade shows and promotions all over the U.S., Canada, and Europe. One of our conventions that we have been providing Seated Massage and health enrichment services for had attendance of 54,000 people and 3300 exhibit booths in 2008.
